Katie is a part of the Carleton College class of 2022, with a major in either chemistry or statistics. Though she has not focused on neuroscience or biology in the past, she is very interested in neuroscience and health. In her free time, she plays frisbee, hikes, and plays the piano. She is excited to be a part of an organization that improves concussion awareness and access to information.

During her internship, she will be using her background in statistics to better understand research studies that explore concussion treatments and impacts. She will also be doing science writing for the organization, with hopes of deepening her understanding of the brain and honing her research analysis.
