Why I joined Concussion Alliance: As someone who was a student-athlete in high school, the concerns surrounding concussions aren't as high as you would think. I experienced the true impact of a concussion my senior year during a wrestling tournament, and from that day on, everything changed. I wanted to be an extern with an organization that I could relate to and provide my interest to. Concussion Alliance has information and resources that I feel like if I learned about them sooner, my experience would have been way different.
