Thomas Walters is an experienced retail executive with a history of creating shareholder value through strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution. Over the past 26 years, Tom has held various financial and strategic leadership positions at Nordstrom, Inc., including his current roles as Vice President of Finance supporting Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations. He is a results-focused professional with proven success in leading business process innovation and delivering organizational change through cross-functional leadership and partnership.  

Tom studied business and finance at the College of William & Mary, where he was a four-year starter and Captain for their Division 1 football program. As the son of a high school coach, a collegiate athlete, and a father of active kids, he has personal experience and an interest in and with concussions and related impacts.
